Jen RDA, CDA, EFDA, Clinical Manager

Jen graduated from Central College in 2012 where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Exercise Science. From working in a dental lab, to moving on to front desk, Jen decided she wanted to be on the clinical side of things in the dental world. She went to Kirkwood Community College and graduated with her Associates in Dental Assisting in 2017. She became DANB certified soon after graduation and also has her Expanded Functions level 1. She wears many hats here at the SDC, somedays you will find her upfront helping with patient coordination and runs our social media, other days she is tucked away in the lab,  or she will be chairside taking care of our patients! When she isn’t in our office she helps teach dance at Studio 360 School of Dance in Cedar Rapids. Jen has three girls, loves Iowa Wrestling, the tv show Friends, reading, cheering on the Vikings & country music.

Bailey RDA

Bailey graduated from Kirkwood Community College in 2022 with an Associates Degree in Dental Assisting. After graduation Bailey went back and earned her Bachelors of Sciences in Healthcare Administration from Purdue University. Bailey grew up in Lisbon, and is excited to be working in a community close to home. When Bailey is not at the SDC she loves spending time with her family and friends. Bailey loves animals especially her dog “Ruthie” who is a blue heeler/corgi mix. Bailey is looking forward to providing healthy smiles to all patients at the Solon Dental Center.
